Agilus is recruiting for a Asset Recovery & Logistics Coordinator in the oil & gas industry in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta. The Asset Recovery and Logistics Coordinator is responsible and accountable for facilitating internal redeployment and maximizing the return on material & equipment that is excess, obsolete, or have reached the end of their operational life. A typical day: Develop, administer and ensure compliance with policies, processes and procedures Drive continuous improvement in Asset Recovery and Logistics in order to maximize efficiency and revenue, while maintaining high levels of client engagement and satisfaction. Work with internal clients to identify scrap and surplus material that is eligible for redeployment, sale, or disposal. Develop the marketing plan and manage the disposition of surplus, obsolete, and end of lifecycle materials and equipment in a manner that optimizes the overall return Negotiate, issue, and administer all contracts associated with the sale or disposal of all targeted materials and equipment throughout Track sales, and report Asset Recovery revenues and activities. Successful candidates will have: High School Diploma is required at a minimum. Must have minimum 5 years related Supply Chain experience, in pipeline, mid-stream or other related oil & gas setting. Must have experience with SAP and inventory related SAP functions General experience with Materials Management & Warehousing functions Total rewards: Long term contract Hourly pay Preferred rates for benefit coverage available
