We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and tracking of SOPs that govern the 90-day service review cycle. The role will focus on managing incoming requests, ensuring alignment with timelines, and facilitating communication across key stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor all incoming requests to ensure they meet the established review cycle thresholds.
  • Support the development and revision of SOPs, including coordinating approvals, tracking timelines, and facilitating communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of partners to ensure SOPs remain relevant, effective, and within scope.
  • Develop Terms of Reference (TOR) for working groups and ensure members stay aligned with objectives and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and attend working group meetings, capturing discussions, documenting action items, and ensuring accountability for follow-up tasks.
  • Maintain detailed records of SOP revisions, approvals, and communication timelines.
  • Facilitate communication across departments and external stakeholders to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to streamline SOP development and review cycles.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in project coordination, process management, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to track multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop clear documentation, including SOPs and Terms of Reference.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and propose solutions

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Health Sciences, or a related field.
