We are looking for a skilled IBM Verify Consultant to join our client's team. This position is
remote, and open to candidates located
anywhere in Canada. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of IAM experience. Implementing experience of the IBM Verify tool, managing digital identities, and integrating with on-premises Active Directory (AD).Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM) are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of the IBM Verify tool to enhance the client's digital identity management.
- Design and implement integration solutions between IBM Verify and on-premises Active Directory to ensure seamless identity synchronization and authentication.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new applications, ensuring they are properly integrated with the client's IAM systems and comply with security policies.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and best practices to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and application development, to understand requirements and deliver effective IAM solutions.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for IAM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance our IAM framework.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on implementing IBM Verify and integrating with on-premises AD.
- Strong understanding of digital identity management, IAM principles, and security best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in IAM or related fields are preferred
