We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Partner Engagement Coordinator to manage and nurture relationships with key partners. This role requires exceptional communication, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to unique requests, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders while providing timely and tailored support. The ideal candidate will excel at building rapport, managing sensitive discussions, and handling various tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all external partners, managing a shared inbox, responding to inquiries, and providing timely updates.

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with approximately 40 partners through regular one-on-one meetings, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

  • Track, monitor, and report on stakeholder interactions, ensuring comprehensive documentation and analysis of activities.

  • Proactively identify and address partner needs, delivering constructive feedback to enhance collaboration and performance.

  • Handle unique and sensitive requests for information with flexibility and attention to detail, such as:

    • Managing warm transfers and packaging complex updates for partners.

    • Coordinating emergency interventions when necessary.

  • Represent the organization in sensitive meetings with senior leaders and key stakeholders, demonstrating confidence, discretion, and professionalism.

  • Conduct community outreach and engagement initiatives as required to support the organization's strategic objectives.

  • Facilitate smooth and efficient communication channels with all partners, ensuring transparency and timely delivery of updates.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure external partners receive the highest level of support.

  • Maintain detailed records and reporting systems to track partner engagement and identify areas for improvement.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in partner relations, stakeholder management, or community outreach roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and requests simultaneously.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.

  • Experience with tracking and reporting systems; proficiency in MS Office Suite and other project management tools.

  • Flexibility to respond to unique and urgent partner needs while maintaining composure and effectiveness.

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, social sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
