Program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile projects with a pragmatic approach, leveraging methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to deliver actionable results.
  • Monitor and forecast project costs, providing detailed reporting and insights to maintain alignment with financial targets.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, deliverables, and scope to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • Coordinate and oversee project compliance by monitoring adherence to established processes and developing/communicating clear guidelines and procedures.
  • Drive collaboration and accountability across project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Agile Expertise: 4+ years of experience leading agile projects using Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Project Cost Management: 6+ years of experience in cost forecasting, reporting, and budget control.
  • Scheduling and Scope Management: Proven ability to develop and manage detailed project plans, deliverables, and scope over 6+ years.
  • Compliance Oversight: Extensive experience ensuring adherence to project processes and communicating clear operational guidelines.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders in achieving project objectives.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business, IT, or related disciplines) or equivalent experience.
  • PMP certification is required.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working within larger organizations, including government agencies, telecommunications, or financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise agile frameworks or scaled agile methodologies for large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of regulatory environments specific to government, telco, or banking industries.
