Our Federal Government client is seeking a Data Administrator to join their team in support of a large Program initiative.

Full-time
Remote
contract until March 31, 2025
Reliability security clearance



Roles and Responsibilities

Develop data collection processes to ensure receipt and review of reports.
Assist in the preparation and review of reports and briefings.
Compile data to conduct analysis including but not limited to risk assessments and make
recommendations, as required.

Coordinate training sessions, workshops and meetings.
Assist in the publishing and distribution of policies, procedures and guidelines related to
national programs and services.
Comply with information systems policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders to assess user requirements and ensure
alignment of data to desired performance indicators.
Support end users and maintain user records.
Develop and enhance system support and training documentation, including but not
limited to guides, standard operating procedures, specification and training materials.
Monitor system for irregularities and recommend policies and procedures to protect data.
Plan, organize and deliver family support services and programs including but not limited
to; family support services/programs/activities, perform outreach calls, conduct
community orientations, support self-help development, and develop presentations,
information sessions and briefings.
Ensure compliance with the Health & Safety Program.
Other duties may be assigned to this role requiring similar skills, efforts, responsibilities
and working conditions

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have 5 years experience data collection and analysis 
  • Reliability Clearance 
  • Bilingualism would be considered an asset
