The Clinical Manager – Nursing, is responsible for the delivery of care and service to clients and ensures compliance with internal and external standards of practice. What does a typical day look like?
•    Supervise and support field staff to ensure compliance with all legislated standards of practice as well as company policies and procedures.
•    Oversees the clinical operations and supports field staff to ensure that patient assessments, care plans, goals, treatments, and subsequent follow ups are carried out and ensure staff have the tools, resources and skills to carry out their duties appropriately.
•    Oversee and assist with human resources with respect to recruitment and selection, orientation and training, discipline, and the probationary/annual performance review of field staff.
•    Participate in business development as appropriate; assist with the development of contractual agreements for client care and services as required.
•    Attend and participate in operational or external meetings as requested.
•    Serve as the on-call manager as required.
•    Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities.
•    Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.
•    Complete other tasks as requested.
