Our client is looking for a Senior Manager of Integrated Campaigns to join their team in Toronto for a full-time permanent role. As the Senior Manager, Integrated Campaigns, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of member-focused marketing initiatives to drive behavioral changes and meet program and partner KPIs. Balancing member experience, program goals, and partner needs, you will create insight-driven campaigns, develop briefs, and manage their implementation. Collaborating with internal and external teams, you will analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report results to enhance engagement and achieve key business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the creation and implementation of member-focused campaigns
  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., member engagement, marketing delivery, partnerships) and external stakeholders (e.g., owners, partners) to design integrated marketing initiatives 
  • Evaluate campaign performance by partnering with Data, Business Intelligence, and Delivery teams to extract actionable insights, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide recommendations to optimize and enhance future campaigns
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by regularly analyzing market dynamics, competitor strategies, and best practices across sectors to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of marketing and brand campaign experience 
  • Proven expertise in project and campaign management, including creating briefs and leading creative development, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to align on KPIs and achieve project objectives
  • Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in marketing analytics to monitor and evaluate KPIs such as engagement and cross-sell performance
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience working in a marketing agency considered an asset
